My father passed away on 18/06/2018 We were a little dazed as what to do We contacted Jacqui and she was wonderful and very supportive.She practically did everything for us. She set the date for the funeral and organised the appointment with Glasgow City Council to register the death She was in constant contact with us supporting the family through a difficult process.On the day of the funeral my brother passed away in the morning Jacqui and Robert helped the family through what was already a difficult day I can’t praise them enough for their support and wonderful service they provided

Birrell Corrance Funeral Directors provided an exceptional level of professionalism and first class service following the passing of our mother. From our first telephone call, to meeting the family to discuss the arrangements, nothing was too much trouble. Birrell and Corrance Funeral Directors may not be the biggest Funeral Directors in Scotland however in our opinion they are the best.

Lorraine and Bobby were outstanding from start till finish. Everything we asked for was done without a problem. Keven and Dennis on the day were also fantastic. The whole team are incredible! From helping my disabled gran to ensure she was able to get into to parlour to visit my grampa to helping her in and out of the car on the day, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone looking for help with a bereavement. Even my children talk about how nice “the man” was on the day of the funeral, talking about Bobby. Thank you all so much, from the bottom of our hearts. I am glad that I met these people and won’t ever stop talking about them! ❤️
